Team Analysis™

Without total harmony, a team may not achieve its goals

Team building is an art that overcomes differences in style, personality and other potential areas of conflict. Even when a team functions in total harmony, it may not achieve its goals. For example, what if none of the team members has a characteristic necessary for a project's successful completion? How important would it be to identify potential stumbling blocks before launching an important project? Effective teams achieve important objectives such as cutting costs, improving productivity, meeting quality control objectives and meeting customers' demands on time!

The Team Analysis™ gathers information about team members in 12 essential areas, analyzes the data and produces an insightful report that increases the team's likelihood of success. It can be a key factor in forming more effective teams that employ the power of synergistic energy that helps remove barriers to team success.

Characteristics measured include:

  •  Control    •  Social Skills
  •  Patience   •  Precision
  •  Ambition   •  Positive Expectancy
  •  Composure   •  Analytical
  •  Results Oriented   •  Emotions
  •  Team Player   •  Quality Orientation

   Benefits
