Lead-By-Design™

We utilize two assessment surveys in Lead-By-Design™ - the CheckPoint 360º and SkillBuilders. Click on the assessment titles to access the sample reports.

Lead-By-Design™ is a two-step approach to leadership development in your organization.

First, a 360º Competency Feedback System™ measures the manager's leadership effectiveness in 18 defined skills sets within eight universal management and leadership competencies. The leader, their boss, their peers and their direct reports all participate. Reports provide the manager and their boss show the scores for each group and recommends steps to improve performance.

SKILLBuilders, a self-paced, self study professional development system, is a natural follow up program to the 360º system.

SKILLBuilders applies the KSS system to help managers KEEP DOING the things they do well, STOP DOING those things that interfere with their effectiveness and START DOING things that will improvement their performance.
