Hire-By-Design™

We utilize two assessment surveys in Hire-By-Design™-- the ProfileXT and the Step One Survey II. Click on the survey titles the access the sample reports.

Today, four out of every five employees nationwide are not happy with their jobs. Two out of three would rather work elsewhere. Almost 25 percent of those are actively looking for other jobs.

It has been accurately said that there are no bad jobs or bad employees — just bad job matches. But simply conducting an interview and doing a background check will provide the employer with little or no information on whether the candidate might actually be a "fit" for the job.

Hire-By-Design gives you that information, and more. We start by developing a job match pattern for the position you want to fill. The pattern measures the personal and professional attributes required for the position.

Experience shows that when you use an integrated assessment as part of the hiring process, you can identify potentially excellent employees 75% of the time. That compares with 14% when you only interview the candidate and 26% when you conduct an interview and background check.
