CheckPoint 360º Feedback™

Effective managerial development system
essential in building a successful company


The CheckPoint 360º Competency Feedback System is a process that provides managers and leaders evaluation of their job performance from the people around them--their boss, their peers and the people whose work they supervise.

From this feedback, managers can compare the opinions of others with their own perceptions, positively identify their strengths and pinpoint the areas of the job performance that could be improved.

The assessment measures a manager's job performance in eight skill sets and 18 universal competencies within those skill sets:

        •  Delegates responsibility

Each participant completes an evaluation via the Internet, a process that takes about 30 minutes.  All are guaranteed anonymity (except for the boss) and are urged to be honest and objective.  Results are compiled in a report that is returned to the manager, who must share it with their boss and if they choose, with those they supervise.  The report has colorful charts and graphs as well as a narrative description of the results that are designed to help the manager read, understand and effectively use the data for self improvement.
